Keith was professional, helpful and always available and I really enjoyed interacting with him during my set of interviews that I had with a Biotek company. I was very impressed with how quickly he got back to my email queries - even when our emails were sometimes as late as 10:30pm and he was chasing up a contract offer from the company in writing! His behaviour gave me a very positive impression of the Biotek company and is a reason I felt confident and informed during my subsequent interviews.
