Having spent over 19 years in operational management, media and technical recruitment, his key aim was to establish a market leading, specialist recruitment consultancy. Having previously led one of the largest technical recruitment teams in Scotland, he has supported a huge variety of businesses, including University spinouts, early stage start-ups, SMEs and multinationals.
